Welcome to Katie’s Unisex Hair Salon ("the Salon"). By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Bookings

   • All appointments are subject to confirmation.

   • A deposit is required to secure your booking.

   • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or missed (no-shows) will result in the loss of your deposit and may incur a cancellation fee on your next appointment.

   • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.

2. Pricing & Services

   • Prices are subject to change without notice.

   • For colouring services, a skin test is required 48 hours before your appointment.

   • Prices may vary depending on hair length, density, and any special requests, which will be priced on appraisal.

3. Payment

   • Payment is due at the time of service unless a deposit has been taken to secure the booking.

   • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods.

4. Health & Safety

   • Clients must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to receiving any treatment.

   • A skin test may be required for certain services to ensure your safety.

5. Liability

   • The Salon will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from our services, except as required by applicable law.

   • It is your responsibility to follow any aftercare advice provided to you.

6. Privacy

   • Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this processing.

7. Governing Law

   • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.

   • We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
